My interest in sewing garments started when I was looking at old clothes that I can't seem to give up on (usually because I love the fabric) and wishing that I can whip them into something even better (so that I can justify holding onto them). I am still hoarding those treasured old clothes and so far practicing on mostly thrifted items and my own unfortunate shrunken pieces of clothing...
